Sultan Club’s Best Tawook Night and General Assembly Meeting

All Sultan Club members are invited to join us for the best Tawook night. Dinner includes Shish Tawook sandwiches, french fries, hummous, salad and beverages.

In addition there will be a general body assembly meeting in which the officers will review the status of the Sultan Club regarding old business, new business and the finances of the club. This assembly is for Sultan Club members only and not a public event.

New Year Celebration

Please come and celebrate the New Year with us.

The festivities begin at 6pm. Food will be served starting at 8pm. Arabic music will be played throughout the evening for dancing and dabkki enthusiasts. Party favors will be available for everyone.

On the menu for the night is: Pastel (pastau) cheese or meat, pasta salad, nachos and cheese, pizza, grape leaves, beef sandwiches, and zalabi.

Price per person: $5 for members and $10 for guests. Food will be sold separately ala carte. This event is open to the public so please come and bring your friends along.

Ladies’ Night

Hello Ladies,

It’s time for our 3rd Annual Ladies’ Night. This year’s theme is “Prom Night”. Come join us for the prom you were never allowed to go to. Dress up in 70s, 80s, 90s, etc. attire. Be creative because we will be voting for a prom queen.

Last year’s celebrity theme party was a huge success. The same rules apply this year: no cameras, no Facebook and a new rule, no haters. This will be a fun night for just us girls to get together and have a fun.

Admission: $5.00 and please bring your favorite dish to share.

This is a public event and for ladies only. Please forward this invitation to any of your girlfriends that might be interested in joining us.

Tarneeb Tournament 2010

It’s Becoming a Christmas Tradition.

It’s all about the bracelet. By winning it, you can legitimately call yourself a Tarneeb Champion for years to come.

Join us on Christmas Eve, Friday December 24th as the defending champions and previous bracelet winners defend their title at the 3rd Annual Tarneeb Tournament.

On the Menu: Arbid will be cooking up all of our favorite foods all night long. Come hungry, leave happy and maybe a champion.

$20.00 per player. A small price to pay for a chance to be remembered for years to come. Includes food and drinks all night.

Zutta and Qrass Night

The Sultan Club invites everyone to a special night.

The Ladies Auxiliary is preparing an authentic Sultani meal that will bring back memories of the good old days in our beloved Sultan Village where we regularly enjoyed this kind of food. What can be better than Zutta & Qrass in cold weather!

The Sultan Club is also delighted to welcome, recognize, and congratulate our newest Hujjaj this year: Hajji Azizi Abdouni, Hajji Fatima Smaidy, and Hajj Yousef Smaidy. We look forward to hearing about their experiences and thoughts about the most important trip of our lifetime.

Price: $5 per plate
Chicken wings/nuggets and fries will be available as well.
